Khandu’s international debut happened during India’s tour to Australia in the summer of 1947-48 where he made two test appearances. In addition, Rangnekar also toured England as part of the Indian contingent in the summer of 1946 although didn’t get a chance to feature in any Test match during that trip.
Life After Cricket
Despite retiring from cricket, Rangnekar remained connected to the sport. He served as an administrator for the Bombay Cricket Association (now Mumbai Cricket Association). His remarkable services in this role were commended and lauded in similar fashion to his playing career.
